Our Mission

At One Less, we are committed to empowering women and advocating for children in need. Our focus is on ensuring that every child receives a forever home, every resource provider has a safe path towards a fulfilling future and that women have a community for connection. Our advocacy work is aimed at transforming challenges into opportunities for better care and support. Our social group is dedicated to creating a sweet space with faithful connection.

Parent Support

If you’re a parent who’s child has come into the system and you need help navigating what’s next, fill out the form below. Many times the help you need is case specific and our help needs to be tailored to your needs. If you’re not a parent but know of one, we ask that you have the parents reach out to us directly instead of you reaching out for them. This is an important step to show they are dedicated to bringing their kids home.

Child Resource

If you are or know of a child “stuck” in the system, maybe their case is not progressing, maybe they have been moved from home to home, maybe they were going home or were being adopted and now that is not happening; reach out to us directly or through the referral form below. If you are a child about to age out of the system and need resources and support please use the same form below so we can assist you.

Foster Parent Advocate

If you’re a foster parent with a really tough case, struggling with the team or on the verge of disrupting; please fill out the form below. We want to be a sounding board for you, assist you with escalating issues and help you navigate each case through each county. We can serve you if you are a resident of or if you have a case in Stone or Taney County. Our help may be different based on where the case is located.
