BOARD OF DIRECTORS.

ABOUT Our Founder
Meet Rinnie. Loved by Jesus, wife, mom and Chief’s football obsessed. One Less was created for our community. Whether you’re here to join our team, financially support our mission or you need an advocate; you’re a big part of change in our community.
One Less is a 501(3)(c) advocacy group that shows up for parents, children, and resource providers in Stone and Taney County, Missouri Foster Care. We support women through The Hills Honeys. We help by recruiting foster families, hosting connection events for waiting children, documenting adoption ready kids for visibility to able find forever families and host Honeys Hangs for all women in Branson, MO. While we are big fans of putting families back together, our ultimate goal is that every child finds a forever home.
Rinnie’s 8 year journey as a foster parent has come to an end but she feels called to share the knowledge and experience she has learned along the way with others. She knows the depths of desperation and has hit rock bottom on many of their cases. She has actively supported and promoted reunification, has adopted her children and has had a front row seat to just how hard the system can be. And all of that to say- you should create your community before you’re in crisis. If you've found yourself in need, we are happy to assist however we can.

Families involved in the system have a need for multiple resources and that leads to financial struggle. For example; psychological evaluations, therapy and parent coaching have costs associated with them that we use donations to help with. We are a 501(3)(c) and your donation is tax deductible.
